Yali (meaning: joy) impresses with a pronounced aroma of peanuts as well as classic cocoa flavors. Thanks to our medium roast, we achieve this coffee to be midly fruity and sweet. A very creamy body for a 100% Arabica coffee rounds off the result and gives: Pleasure. Be it as Ristretto, Espresso, Cafe Creme, in the French Press or as filter coffee.
This coffee grows in the south of Mexico, in the state of Chiapas. The cooperative SOCIEDAD DE PRODUCCIÓN RURAL UNIÓN DE EJIDOS Y COMUNIDADES SAN FERNANDO is certified organic and fairtrade, which guarantees fair wages and sustainable farming methods.
