Hao Diem (meaning: beautiful & courageous) is a first-class 100% Robusta coffee that will particularly appeal to lovers of the intense, Italian espresso style and an extra portion of caffeine. The beans of the highest quality, which have been prepared using the wet-polished process, are characterized by their full-bodied taste and classic aromas. In wet-polishing, the silver skin (the skin around the core of the coffee fruit) is removed from the beans with the help of water mist. This process is very time-consuming, but ensures a very balanced and clean taste.
