The Espresso is our single origin coffee Yali filled in E.S.E. pods 44mm. This espresso is designed for a water quantity of about 30-40ml.
 
Yali (meaning: joy) captivates with a distinctive aroma of peanuts and fine cocoa flavors. Thanks to our medium roast, a mild fearfulness and sweetness is achieved. The very creamy body for a 100% Arabica coffee rounds off the result and gives: Pleasure.
 
This coffee grows in the south of Mexico, in the state of Chiapas. The cooperative SOCIEDAD DE PRODUCCIÓN RURAL UNIÓN DE EJIDOS Y COMUNIDADES SAN FERNANDO is certified organic and Fairtrade, which guarantees fair wages and sustainable farming methods.
 
The E.S.E (short for: Easy Serving Espresso) Pads / Pods are the environmentally friendly, as compostable alternative to all plastic or aluminum based capsule systems. The E.S.E. pods are packed loose in a pack of 20 and can be composted after use.
